This was my first experience using a boarding kennel with my 1-year-old chocolate lab. The staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable leaving him there. While on my trip I received several text messages with pictures updating me on how much fun Patton was having there. Thank you for the awesome service. We will be back soon.

This was our Pitty's first time in a boarding kennel and he has such a wonderful experience. I could tell he was treated well when we picked him up :). I worked here for a while and if you are looking for a place to board your animals this is it! Elyse really cares about animals and shares her passion with her staff. EVERY groomer I have met there is talented and patient and I have seen the scruffiest matted dogs turn out beautifully. Oh, and they're extremely clean. The reason I wanted to post this review is that I have worked at other pet boarding/grooming places and this is about as good as it gets. the owner takes her time with her employees to teach them everything about the animals' care. I was working as a bather and remember her coming to teach me drying techniques, almost like an apprenticeship for even an employee to only wash and take out dogs. If you love your babies, I assure you they will as well.

I love bringing Max to Clear Lake Kennels for ALL of his needs, and have been doing so since he was born. I took my previous dog, Alex, there always, and my previous dog, Zack, even back to the 1970's! The grooming staff especially Lettie and Dawn are the best. My dogs love them. They are so gentle, and all grooming is video recorded. You can even watch from the office area! Thanks to all of you at Clear Lake Kennels. The check in staff is wonderful! Jeanie and Clay in particular, are always so patient with everybody and give the best of care! Melanie is in charge of the kennels, and you couldn't get a better manager. Thanks for my most recent groom of Max! He is beautiful, and loves Lettie so much! Great job! Elise is the owner and has owned it since the 70's. She runs an exceptional business, and Max jumps for joy when he sees we are there. Thank you! I highly recommend....

My baby Abbi always comes back so happy from her stay at clear lake kennels. We love how we can get her groomed while boarding her. They always do such a good job on her hair cuts. Never been so pleased with a kennel, would recommend to anyone.

These girls took such good care of my baby after having the worst horrible haircut this summer, from a mobile groomer that butchered her down to the skin and left sores on her that were bloody! Today she got a princess haircut and pampering like no other ! They have always done amazing with her. I will never use any other groomer ! 🐶💕💗
